RETURN POLICY

Due to the artisan nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds.

We love our products and believe you will, too. However, we strongly recommend that you read each ingredient list thoroughly before you purchase and start with one of our Discovery Sets if you are new to our collection or have sensitive skin.

We are happy to discuss any questions you may have about ingredients or skin concerns to ensure that you find the right product for your skin.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange your item if it was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item or the product is defective in any way.

Please reach out to contact@terrafusion.life with your order number, product(s), and reason for exchange. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed it can not be canceled or changed.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing times are 1-3 days of placing your order. Though we work as hard as we can to fulfill as fast as possible, it is not an instant occurrence after you place your order.

Most customers will receive items within 3-6 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 10 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders more than $75 USD (before taxes and discounts) qualifies for free shipping, otherwise, there is a $9.99 flat shipping fee per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

This includes non-continental destinations such as Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AFA, AFE, and AFP.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

POSTAL SERVICE

We ship all orders using USPS. Shipping speeds are stated within the checkout options.

If you are running low and need your products ASAP, we suggest you choose the upgraded shipping options.

After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. We encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance if you are concerned at all about your package going missing. Please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

Tracking says it's been delivered: It's common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days has passed and you still haven't received your package, here's a tip that we've found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven't received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn't work or you still haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a product you purchased is out of stock temporarily, we will hold any additional item(s) purchased until all products are in stock and ready to ship. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We do not ship on major holidays and we are closed for several days during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Please refer to our current processing times for updated holiday shipping information.
