HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PRODUCTS I'VE TRIED?

We steer clear of skin-harming detergents and chemicals to achieve real results. Our formulations harness the Earth's purest botanicals, butters, oils, and wildcrafted ingredients to bring your skin back to its natural balance. Your skin is alive, soaking up nutrients and shedding impurities. That's why we use nature's finest ingredients, known for their effectiveness, to deliver results that outshine mainstream skincare products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% ORGANIC?

Nope, our products feature natural and organic ingredients without these additives, although we're not certified as an organic company. We prioritize sourcing top-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers, often from small farms or co-ops that provide ethically-traded, organically grown, or wild-harvested materials. While some of our suppliers haven't obtained organic certification, they maintain high ethical and quality standards. We believe in supporting these ethical practices over compromising with lower-quality certified organic ingredients.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Most of our balms and salves contain beeswax, every other product in our line is vegan.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

We steer clear of gluten-containing ingredients in all our formulations. Even our BEES KNEES Manuka Honey cream is crafted with certified organic and gluten-free colloidal oat flour. Our lab is strictly gluten-free, ensuring zero risk of cross-contamination.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Nope, never. Our products are completely cruelty-free.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We are a small team and make everything in house in small batches in our production studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Our products were formulated to work with all skin-types, especially sensitive skin. Our goal is to provide you with quality skincare using ingredients that are non-irritating, detergent-free, and free from all dyes, fragrance, and harsh chemicals.

WILL USING OIL-BASED PRODUCTS MAKE MY SKIN MORE OILY?

Contrary to what you might expect, using oil-based products can actually help balance and regulate the natural oils in your skin. The concept of "fighting oil with oil" is based on the principle that using the right oils can help to nourish and hydrate your skin, reducing the overproduction of sebum, which is responsible for oily skin.

At superFRESH+CLEAN, we use high-quality, non-comedogenic oils in our products to help moisturize and protect your skin without clogging your pores. These oils often contain essential fatty acids and antioxidants that promote a healthy skin barrier function, providing hydration and locking in moisture. Additionally, using oil-based products in moderation and in conjunction with a well-rounded skincare routine can help maintain a balanced complexion.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A SHELF LIFE?

Our products are rigorously tested to ensure a 6 - 12 month shelf life from their date of manufacture.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?

Our products are meticulously crafted to target a range of skin concerns, from breakouts and redness to fine lines and dark spots. While we've witnessed countless success stories, we can't promise universal results.

The truth is, achieving flawless skin isn't solely about what you put on it. External factors like lifestyle choices, medication use, and even other skincare products can influence outcomes. Consistency and holistic care play key roles in unlocking your skin's full potential.

OH NO, MY MOISTURIZER MELTED OR FROZE! WHAT DO I DO?

Some of our beloved moisturizers skip the water, wax, preservatives, and stabilizers, ensuring only the best nutrients reach your skin. However, extreme temps might leave your jar a little wonky.

If it's liquid: Just give it a shake and pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. It'll be back to its solid self in no time.

If it's frozen: Let it sit at room temp overnight to thaw out.

If it's somewhere in between: Your shea butter might've cooled too slowly, leaving little beads. Warm it up gently and follow the "if it's melted" steps.

Keep your moisturizer at room temp away from direct sun to keep it consistent. It's a bit of a summer hassle, but worth it for the good stuff, right?

RETURN POLICY

Due to the artisan nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds.

We love our products and believe you will, too. However, we strongly recommend that you read each ingredient list thoroughly before you purchase and start with one of our Discovery Sets if you are new to our collection or have sensitive skin.

We are happy to discuss any questions you may have about ingredients or skin concerns to ensure that you find the right product for your skin.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange your item if it was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item or the product is defective in any way.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been processed it can not be canceled or changed.

DAMAGES & ISSUES POLICY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing times are 1-3 days of placing your order. Though we work as hard as we can to fulfill as fast as possible, it is not an instant occurrence after you place your order.

Most customers will receive items within 3-6 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 10 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Orders more than $75 USD (before taxes and discounts) qualifies for free shipping, otherwise, there is a $9.99 flat shipping fee per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

This includes non-continental destinations such as Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AFA, AFE, and AFP.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

POSTAL SERVICE

We ship all orders using USPS. Shipping speeds are stated within the checkout options.

If you are running low and need your products ASAP, we suggest you choose the upgraded shipping options.

After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. We encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance if you are concerned at all about your package going missing. Please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

Tracking says it's been delivered: It's common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days has passed and you still haven't received your package, here's a tip that we've found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven't received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn't work or you still haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a product you purchased is out of stock temporarily, we will hold any additional item(s) purchased until all products are in stock and ready to ship. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We do not ship on major holidays and we are closed for several days during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Please refer to our current processing times for updated holiday shipping information.
